All Overseas Qualified Nurses cannot practice nursing directly in the Hospital and Nursing Homes in UK as their qualification are not recognized by the NMC UK. In order to practice nursing, all overseas nurses have to undergo a bridging course named OVERSEAS NURSING PROGRAM. With the completing of the program the nurse will be registered with NMC UK and are provided with a PIN number. After acquiring the Personal Identification Number (PIN) the nurse are able to practice nursing and recognized as registered nurse in UK Applicants will be entering in the country on supervised practice visa.
HOW DOES ONP RUN?
ONP is a supervised nurse's program with two stages. In the first stage the candidate has to under protected learning for a period of 20 days and this will be under the supervision of the University as distance learning. In the second stage the student has to undergo a supervised practice for a period of 3 - 6 months in a nursing home audited by the University. After the completion of the supervised practice and assessments students will be acquiring PIN Number. A deposit of £1200 will need to be paid.

STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE
Any Interested Overseas Nurse with all the pre requisites will enrol in the Program with Initial Deposit. £1200
Sawsee International partners will start the Process of University Enrolments and the Supervised Practice Placements
Sawsee International will provide the University Enrolment Letters and the Supervised Practice Offer letters to the Applicant
Applicants will apply for the VISA with all the necessary documents including the letters from Sawsee International Partners.
Upon VISA receipt Applicant has to pay the entire remaining balance outstanding £2400
With the applicants arrival details Sawsee will organize the Journey Planner from Airport Pick Up to the University or Employers Staff Quarters.
Applicants will undergo the Overseas Nurses Program and will Obtain UK PIN Number and can able to Practice as a Nurse
Maximum process time will be not more than 3 Months
70% within 4 Weeks
20% within 6 Weeks
10% within 12 Weeks
WORKING HOURS:
Working hours will be of 40 hrs a week.
Student will be paid equal to or more than the national minimum wage
depending on the employer, VISA will be granted for a period of 6 months
Accommodation will be provided near to the Nursing or Care home but the candidate or student has to pay for the accommodation. Candidate can also change the accommodation with proper notice to the employer.
All other issues like opening bank accounts, mobile phone, National Insurance number, shopping and transportation guidance will be provide to the candidate on the day of arrival to the country.
All staff will be paid at the end of the month or for every 4 weeks depending upon the employer. Student will be paid equal to or more than the national minimum wage depending upon the location and the employer.
